The terms that apply when you use our websites, programs, store, social media, and apps.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Mon Amie’s Business and Wellness Solutions, dba Mon Amie’s Solutions (“Mon Amie’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Bossier City, Louisiana.
They apply to our websites, including monamiessolutions.com and its subdomains, our programs and services, our online store, our Facebook and Instagram accounts and community group, and any app or integration we operate. By using any of these, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
If you sign a separate agreement, proposal, or scope of work with us, that document controls where it differs from these Terms.
Mon Amie’s offers education, wellness, and workforce development services through the Learning Lab, Wellness Lab, and Leadership Lab, including tutoring, assessments, learning portals, youth programs, coaching, workshops, training, HR consulting, and related products. Program details, schedules, and availability may change, and we may update or discontinue any service at any time.
Information on our websites and social media is general and educational. It is not legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice for your specific situation.
Our wellness coaching, including Revive Sessions, workshops, and courses, is coaching and education. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it does not replace care from a licensed professional. If we believe you need clinical support, we will encourage you to seek it.

Tax-deductible donations are made to and processed by our nonprofit partner, Hope for Good Northwest Louisiana, under its own terms.
Boutique: Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change. We try to show products accurately, but colors and sizes can vary slightly. Shipping, return, and exchange details are shown at checkout and apply to your order. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, and we will refund any payment for a cancelled order.
Amazon: Books and products bought through Amazon are sold under Amazon’s terms and policies, including its returns process.
Our Facebook page, Instagram account, and Facebook community group are hosted by Meta, and your use of them is also subject to Meta’s terms. We may moderate our pages and group, and we may remove content or members that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
If you use or connect to a Facebook or Instagram app or integration operated by Mon Amie’s, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose and in line with Meta’s terms. You can disconnect it at any time in your account settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what information the app receives and how to request deletion.
When using our websites, programs, social media, or apps, you agree not to:

Our websites, programs, curricula, lessons, assessments, courses, books, videos, graphics, and brand names, including the Transformation Model™, Learning Lab™, Wellness Lab™, Leadership Lab™, WorkReady™, and Stress Less, Live More™, are owned by Mon Amie’s or its founder and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may use our materials for your own personal or, where purchased, internal organizational use. You may not copy, adapt, sell, or distribute them, or use our names and logos, without our written permission.
You keep ownership of anything you send or post to us, such as comments, messages, reviews, or testimonials. By sharing it publicly with us, or giving us permission to feature it, you allow us to display and share it in connection with our services. We will not use a student’s name, photo, or work publicly without written permission from a parent or guardian.
Our websites link to and use services run by others, such as Meta, Amazon, Google, YouTube, scheduling, and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Our websites, apps, and online content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep them accurate and available but cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mon Amie’s will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites, apps, or online content. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service or product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service or product. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
You agree to be responsible for, and to cover our reasonable costs arising from, any claim caused by your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Bossier Parish, Louisiana, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
