Mon Amie’s Solutions is an education, wellness, and organizational development company serving youth, families, professionals, leaders, and organizations. We provide academic support, wellness education, advocacy, leadership development, professional training, and organizational consulting, all with one goal: helping people grow stronger and helping the environments around them become healthier places to learn, work, and thrive.
Restoring hope, removing barriers, and creating spaces where people can thrive, across education, wellness, advocacy, leadership development, and organizational support, in Bossier City, Louisiana and the ArkLaTex.
Mon Amie’s Solutions exists to help people find their voice, build confidence and capacity, and thrive within healthier families, workplaces, schools, and communities. Through education, wellness, advocacy, leadership development, and organizational support, we strengthen people and the systems surrounding them so meaningful change can last.
We envision communities where people feel seen, supported, equipped, and empowered; where leaders understand the responsibility they carry; and where the systems surrounding people help them thrive rather than hold them back.
Mon Amie’s Solutions was built by a family, for families. Amy and Jason Ogunyemi founded this organization out of a shared conviction: that the most powerful thing you can do for a community is show up for it — consistently, fully, and with your whole self.
Amy is a multi-published author, doctoral candidate, and the driving force behind Mon Amie’s Solutions. With a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Louisiana Tech, an MBA and M.Ed. from the University of Arkansas, and an Ed.D. in progress, she brings both the credentials and the lived experience to everything she builds.
As an HR executive and founder of Mon Amie’s, Amy sits at the intersection of education, wellness, and organizational strategy. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Known as Coach O, Jason is a veteran educator and school principal and a cornerstone of the Mon Amie’s mission. He leads The Brotherhood youth mentorship program and co-leads The Village Gathering — bringing the same accountability and high expectations to young people that he brings to every school hallway and sideline.
Jason’s work at Mon Amie’s is grounded in his belief that young men deserve real mentorship — the kind that challenges them to grow and holds them to who they can become.
Mon Amie’s Solutions was founded in honor of Dr. Frederick Ogunyemi — Jason’s father — whose life and legacy were defined by a singular belief in the transformative power of education.
That belief anchors everything we do at Mon Amie’s — from the Learning Lab programs that close academic gaps, to the Wellness Lab resources that help families breathe, to the Leadership Lab consulting that builds stronger organizations.
Break the Cycle™ — our founding mission — was built on the same conviction: that when you invest in education and wellness, you change not just a child’s trajectory, but the trajectory of generations to come.
Our work is organized into three connected areas, each strengthening a different part of the village.
Tutoring, youth development, and family and parent support that help students and the families around them grow.
Coaching and trauma-informed wellness support for individuals and families navigating stress, anxiety, and life’s hardest seasons.
HR, leadership development, workforce readiness, business solutions, and organizational consulting that build healthier workplaces and stronger leaders.
We are willing to say the quiet things out loud, address difficult realities, advocate when something is not right, and lead conversations that create meaningful change.
Every person deserves respect, compassion, and care. No one should have to sacrifice their dignity or well-being in order to belong, learn, work, or succeed.
We do not simply solve problems for people. We equip individuals, families, leaders, and organizations with the confidence, skills, judgment, and tools to move forward.
People do not exist in isolation. We consider the environments, relationships, policies, leadership practices, and systems that shape their ability to thrive.
Meaningful change is stronger when people are connected, supported, and invested in one another. We are community-rooted and committed to strengthening the village.
We value honesty, accountability, consistency, and doing what is right even when it is uncomfortable or inconvenient.
People and communities can move beyond struggle. Our work is grounded in possibility, purpose, restoration, and the belief that better is possible.
Mon Amie’s Solutions partners with Hope for Good Northwest Louisiana to fund community programs through tax-deductible donations. Every gift goes directly into the village.
Give to the VillageWhether you’re a family, an individual, or an organization — there’s a place for you here.
