Amy Baker-Ogunyemi is a capacity builder, advocate, educator, consultant, and organizational leader who believes she was not created simply to make a living, but to make a difference.
She is known for seeing potential where others see problems, saying the quiet things out loud, and helping people navigate difficult systems, strengthen their voice, and move from struggle toward greater confidence, clarity, and possibility.
At the heart of Amy’s work is a passion for people. She is especially drawn to helping individuals, families, young people, leaders, and organizations recognize what is possible, remove barriers, develop capacity, and create healthier environments where people can thrive.
Amy also brings two decades of professional experience in human resources, employee relations, organizational development, leadership, and workplace strategy. Her HR expertise is one of the tools she uses to support organizations and develop others, including mentoring and training entry-level and less-experienced HR professionals as they build confidence, judgment, business acumen, and practical employee-relations skills.
Across her work in leadership, advocacy, youth development, education, wellness, and organizational consulting, Amy brings together empathy, strategy, systems thinking, and a willingness to address difficult truths.
She believes meaningful impact is ultimately measured in people, in the child who begins to believe in themselves, the parent who feels equipped to advocate, the professional who finds their confidence, the leader who chooses to lead differently, or the person who realizes they are allowed to protect their peace and expect better.
Amy’s goal is simple: to leave people, families, leaders, organizations, and communities stronger than she found them.
