How we collect, use, share, and protect information across our websites, programs, store, social media, and apps.
Effective date: October 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Mon Amie’s Business and Wellness Solutions, dba Mon Amie’s Solutions (“Mon Amie’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Bossier City, Louisiana, handles personal information.
It applies to:
Some services we link to are run by other organizations under their own privacy policies, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Amazon, Google, YouTube, and our nonprofit partner Hope for Good Northwest Louisiana, which processes tax-deductible donations. We encourage you to review their policies.
We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors under their own security standards.
When you visit our websites, our hosting providers and the services embedded on our pages may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard for websites and helps keep them secure and working properly.
Much of our work serves students from kindergarten through high school, and we take that responsibility seriously.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never sell student information.
We share personal information only as described here:
Our Facebook page, Instagram account, and Facebook community group are hosted by Meta. When you follow, comment, react, or message us there, we can see your public profile and the content you send, and Meta handles that information under its own policies.
If you use or connect to a Facebook or Instagram app or integration operated by Mon Amie’s, we receive only the information you authorize through Meta’s permissions screen. Depending on what you approve, this may include your name, profile picture, email address, account or page ID, and messages or content you share with our account. We use this information only to provide the feature you are using, such as responding to messages, managing our own accounts and content, or connecting you with our programs. We do not sell it or use it for any purpose you have not approved.
You can remove our app’s access at any time in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Apps and Websites, and you can ask us to delete your data as described in Data deletion requests.
Our boutique: When you order from our online store, we collect what we need to process and deliver your order: your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Some items may be produced and shipped by fulfillment partners, who receive only what they need to complete your order.
Amazon: Our books and some products are sold through Amazon. Amazon processes those orders, payments, and shipping under its own privacy policy. As the author and seller, we generally do not receive the names or contact information of Amazon customers.
You can read our blog without giving us any personal information. If you contact us or sign up for updates from the blog, we use your information as described in this policy.
Our websites use few cookies. Some pages include content from other companies, such as YouTube videos, Google Maps, Google Fonts, Google Forms, and scheduling tools. When those pages load, those companies may collect technical information and set their own cookies under their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
If you give us your email address or phone number, we may contact you about your inquiry, enrollment, appointment, or order. We send marketing emails only to people who have signed up, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. If you would like us to stop calling or texting you, just tell us and we will stop.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, to meet program and contract requirements, or as required by law, and then delete or securely dispose of it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, and we limit access to student records to the staff who work with that student. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
