The Whole Village Survey

It takes a village to raise a child.

Northwest Louisiana school leaders, this survey asks what your village needs this year: your students, your educators, and your families. Elementary through high school. Every participating school receives the regional findings report.

Why we are asking, and what we are not asking for

We are asking for your professional judgment, not your data. School-level assessment results are already published by the Louisiana Department of Education and available to anyone. What no public dataset captures is what you actually see in your building and what your team needs this year. That is what this survey is for.

We believe no school raises a child alone, so the questions here move outward from the student to the educators and families around them. Your individual responses are never published or shared. The findings report presents regional totals only, with no school, system, or individual named. Nothing you enter here is shared with your district, and every question is optional. If a question does not fit your situation, skip it.
