Leadership Lab™

The District Advantage

A strategic partnership for school districts that moves beyond tutoring to the root conditions driving student outcomes: achievement, attendance, behavior, and the family relationships that hold it all together.

The model

More than tutoring. A whole-district strategy.

The District Advantage partners with Title I schools and districts to deliver measurable gains in achievement, attendance, behavior, and family engagement. We show up as a strategic partner invested in the same outcomes you are, and we wrap around the whole family, because sustainable gains require more than sessions.

The Family Advantage™ · School Partnership Edition Family engagement, reimagined

Two sides. One coin. One investment: the child.

Schools and families want the same thing for the same child, yet they often end up feeling like opposite sides instead of partners. We are the neutral presence that keeps both sides focused on what they are invested in. We do not take sides. We strengthen the relationship between them.

Two sides, one coin, one investment: the child. A gold SCHOOL coin reading Educating, Supporting, Preparing and a gold FAMILY and CAREGIVERS coin reading Loving, Supporting, Believing, with a hand holding a third coin between them labeled The Child, Our Greatest Investment. Mon Amie's Solutions: we don't take sides, we strengthen relationships.

Different roles, same goal

The school educates, supports, and prepares. The family loves, supports, and believes. Both are investing in the same child from different sides.

A neutral partner

Brought in by the district, trusted by the family, owned by neither. The seat that lets both sides be honest and stay focused on the student.

Stronger together

When school and family work together, children thrive. Engagement is the quiet engine behind attendance, behavior, and achievement.

Powered by our Third Voice™ approach: a year-long rhythm of monthly family workshops (delivered live and recorded to share), twice-yearly staff development, an anonymous two-sided survey that lets each side hear the other, and facilitated parent-school conferences where a neutral partner keeps the focus on the student.

A year, not an event

Engagement that repeats, because that is what changes outcomes

Families do not adopt new habits from a single night, and trust is rebuilt through steady contact. The School Partnership Edition runs monthly across the school year, each theme speaking to both the school and the family.

Credentials & approvals

Approved. Credentialed. Ready.

LDOE-approved provider

An approved provider for the Louisiana Department of Education's Steve Carter Education Program and High-Dosage Tutoring initiative, so districts can use state funding to partner with us.

National Assessment Tutoring Program

We developed a full 15-lesson ACT preparation curriculum, five English, five Reading, five Math, aligned to LDOE standards.

Title I partnership ready

Our services are structured to align with Title I funding guidelines, making The District Advantage accessible without additional budget burden.

Trauma-informed framework

Paying for it

You are probably not finding new money

Because the work touches family engagement, professional development, school climate, and direct tutoring, it aligns with funding you likely already have. Most often a partner is not finding new money. They are pointing existing funds at the components each one already covers.

Title I, Part A
Family engagement

Family workshops, recordings, and the two-sided survey.

Title II, Part A
Professional development

The twice-yearly staff development sessions.

Title IV, Part A
Climate & conditions for learning

You are not finding new money. You are pointing money you already have at the things it already covers, and we help your federal programs director map it.

Let's talk about your district.

Whether you're a Title I coordinator, a federal programs director, or a superintendent ready to build something real, let's have the conversation.

Let us help you help every child thrive.
