“Stress Less, Live More”
Transformation Program
The Stress Less, Live More Transformation Program is a Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT) program that has been carefully crafted to help people with elevated stress and mental illnesses learn strategies to manage their stress, improve their mental well-being, establish healthy boundaries, and regain control of their lives. We equip participants with a detailed understanding of the various types of mental health conditions, how they affect our quality of life, and how they can achieve and maintain healthy stress levels in their lives. Participants who sign up for the full program will receive access to a bundle of eight (8) courses.
Live Happy & Healthy: Proven Stress-Reduction Techniques to Improve Your Quality of Life
In this course, we dive into the effect stress & burnout have on our quality of life, health, family, relationships, careers, and productivity. This module also includes proven stress management techniques.
Stop the Stigma: Increase Your Knowledge & Understanding of Mental Health Conditions & Effective Coping Strategies
In this course, participants become more familiar with the various mental health conditions that affect people worldwide. We will have a detailed discussion about different types of anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse and phobias.
Achieve Mental & Emotional Wellness through Positive & Healthy Lifestyle Choices
In this course, participants are taught how lifestyle choices impact their health. We will look at the effect on both physical and mental health and discuss strategies to put in place to improve our overall well-being.
Alleviate Stress and Anxiety by Mastering Your Mindset
This course outlines the effects of negative thoughts, discusses ruminating thoughts, and helps participants under the positive power thinking can have on their emotional well-being.
Strategies for Overcoming Anticipatory Anxiety & Improving Your Quality of Life
This course helps participates understand the root causes of anxiety associated with the anticipation of events, places, or situations in their lives.
Achieve Mental & Emotional Wellness by Establishing Effective Time Management Skills & Healthy Boundaries
This course discusses the importance of managing their time and responsibilities, planning, and prioritizing tasks in a way that aligns with their journey toward peace-creating and maintaining balance and boundaries in our personal and professional lives.
Love Yourself First: A Guide to Rebuilding Your Self-Esteem and Confidence
This course takes participants through a deep discussion on self-esteem, self-confidence, and the links between how we feel about ourselves and our mental well-being.
The Blueprint to Conquering Health Anxiety & Improving Your Quality of Life
In this course, participants learn about health/illness anxiety, which occurs when a person has an irrational worry about developing a significant medical condition or being unwell. We also cover death anxiety, otherwise known as thanatophobia, which is an intense fear of dying.
Finding Your Purpose & Setting Realistic Goals for Success
This course helps participants understand the value of identifying their purpose, what brings them joy, and being true to their authentic selves to maintain peace of mind.
How to Recognize the Warning Signs & Help to Prevent Suicide
This course takes participants through a discussion on suicide to help them understand the risk factors and warning signs associated with suicide and suicide attempts. Participants will learn how they can help to reduce the growing number of suicides across the United States.
Coping with Grief and Loss
This course discusses the grieving process and healthy components of the grieving process. We will share strategies to help those grieving find a balance between coping and grieving and when to seek help for grief and loss.
The Debt Detox: Reclaim Control, Conquer Financial Stress, and Transform Your Life
This comprehensive class explores various types of debt, credit scoring models, factors contributing to financial instability, and diverse strategies. It empowers you to tackle debt, enhance financial wellness, and alleviate stress. You will learn about debt repayment strategies, budgeting essentials, building an emergency fund, the impact of financial stress on your health, stress management, and cultivating a positive financial mindset. Discover actionable steps to revitalize your financial health, paving the way toward a debt-free, empowered future.
