    Amy

is the proud mother of three remarkable children—Akin, Jahleel, and Remi—who serve as Junior Operations Assistants at Mon Amie's. Her love for learning was ignited at a young age, and her passion for helping children with learning challenges grew when her own children began their educational journey. Amy finds great joy in nurturing her children's growth, both personally and professionally, teaching them the values of hard work, responsibility, and entrepreneurship from a young, impressionable age. She believes in the power of early exposure to business principles as a way to foster independence and confidence in her children.

Developing training programs and partnering with organizational leaders to design work environments that are psychologically safe and productive brings Amy great joy!
