Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Amy Baker-Ogunyemi is a people, systems, and organizational culture executive with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen workforce environments and helping families and youth navigate barriers that affect development and stability.
Her career spans consulting, logistics, real estate, retail, and community-focused sectors, where she has led workforce, culture, and operational transformation across multi-site organizations. Amy specializes in identifying root causes of organizational and human challenges and strengthening the systems, leadership practices, and environments that shape outcomes.
She founded Mon Amie’s Business and Wellness Solutions to bridge a gap she observed across both corporate and community work: many challenges affecting youth and families are shaped by the environments around them — including schools, workplaces, and community systems. Mon Amie’s integrates family and youth support with organizational systems and culture consulting to help communities and institutions strengthen psychological safety, stability, and developmental conditions.
Amy holds a Master of Education in Human Resources and Workforce Development and a Master of Business Administration. She is completing a Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling with a specialization in Traumatology, with advanced study in family systems, developmental trauma, and community-based support models.
Her work focuses on strengthening psychological safety, improving organizational culture, and helping both individuals and institutions address root causes that influence well-being and outcomes.
Amy is the mother of three children and founded Mon Amie’s in part from her lived experience navigating educational and developmental challenges with her own family. She remains deeply committed to helping families, youth, and organizations build environments where people can develop, function, and thrive.

Mrs. Callie
Callie is an English language arts teacher with two and a half years of experience in the classroom and working with middle school and high school students. While she is taking a break from full-time teaching to be at home with her baby, she still loves being involved in helping students to grow in their understanding of language arts.
Callie knows what is like to struggle academically. Growing up with undiagnosed ADHD was often a frustrating and painful experience. She was inspired by the teachers and mentors who saw beyond her limitations and pushed her to work hard and become her best self. She hopes to offer that same encouragement to her students. She is a firm believer that every student is capable of success, and she's here to help her students recognize their potential.
When she isn't teaching, Callie loves reading, laughing, and spending time with her husband and their 5-month-old son.
